1. The model and specifications must be carefully checked before installation of the precision pressure gauge. The indicator pointer must not deviate from the black frame of the zero mark, otherwise it should be re-calibrated or replaced.
2. The pressure gauge should be installed in an environment where the ambient temperature (or medium) temperature is -40 to +55, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the vibration or the sharp pulsation of the measured pressure has no effect on the correct reading.
3. The high and low pressure of the pressure gauge should not be reversed. When pressurizing, the high pressure should be given first, then the low pressure, and unilateral pressure should not be exceeded. The maximum operating pressure is not allowed.
4. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, and strive to maintain the same horizontal position with the pressure point, otherwise, additional errors caused by the liquid level difference must be introduced accordingly.

Maintenance of precision pressure gauge:
1) The precision pressure gauge should be kept clean, and the glass on the dial should be bright and clear, so that the pressure value indicated by the pointer in the dial can be clearly seen. Pressure gauges with broken dial glass or unclear dial scales should be discontinued.
2) The connecting pipe of the pressure gauge should be flushed regularly to avoid blockage. It is used for the connecting pipe of the pressure gauge that contains more oil or other viscous material gas, especially should be diligently purged.
3) The pressure gauge always pays attention to check whether the rotation and fluctuation of the pressure gauge pointer are normal, and check whether the cock on the connecting pipe is in the open state.
4) The pressure gauge must be calibrated regularly, and the pressure gauge that has exceeded the calibration period should be stopped. During the normal operation of the boiler and pressure vessel, if the pressure gauge indicates abnormality or other suspicious signs, it should be checked and corrected immediately.

Detection of precision pressure gauge:
1. The current passing through the electrical contact of the precision pressure gauge is not allowed to exceed 3A (ampere), otherwise it is self-proclaimed.
2. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, and collision and vibration should be avoided during handling and installation.
3. The pressure gauge should be used in a place where the ambient temperature is -40-+70, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the vibration or the sharp pulse of the measured medium has no effect on reliable contact and accurate signal reading.
4. The electrical circuit of the pressure gauge (refer to the schematic diagram) shall be carefully checked after being set up and connected, and a trial operation shall be carried out.
5. When adjusting the given value, the pressure gauge must be carried out with the help of a slotted screwdriver.
6. The pressure gauge can be used to 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement when measuring static load, to 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement when measuring alternating load, and to the upper limit of measurement for instantaneous measurement.
7. The pressure gauge should add isolation device and buffer device when measuring medium with high viscosity and drastic fluctuation pressure.
8. The pressure gauge should be verified frequently (at least once every three months)
9. The pressure gauge should always be kept dry and clean during use and properly maintained.
