Compressed air flow meter is a sensor used to calculate the intake air of the engine. In the electronically controlled fuel injection device of the automobile, the air flow sensor is one of the important components that determines the control accuracy of the system. The air flow signal and the engine speed signal are used as the reference signal for the injection time. According to the different characteristics of the air flow meter sensor, the fuel control system is divided into the L-type control that directly measures the intake air amount and the D-type control that indirectly measures the intake air amount according to the measurement method of the intake air amount.
The initial electronic fuel injection control system was not a microcomputer, but an analog circuit. At that time, a valve-type air flow sensor was used. However, as microcomputers were used to control fuel injection, several other air flow sensors also appeared.
